• Pricing: Covers the first hour on select services. After the first hour, grooming is $60/hour. Most pets take 1–2 hours. Quotes can be requested via text.
• Home Drop-Off Option: Late arrivals will be charged in full and canceled.
• Pick-Up Notice: A 20-minute notice will be sent. Late pick-ups will be charged accordingly. Longer notice times can be requested.
• Parking: A flat, safe surface must be available for me to park. If I cannot park, the full appointment fee is still charged for the reserved time slot and travel.
• House Number: Must be clearly visible to locate your home.
• No Smoking: I do not service smoking households or pets with a smoking aroma.
• Flea Prevention: Pets must be up to date — required to be seen. Dogs found with fleas will incur a $300 fee and grooming will be stopped immediately.
• Deposit: $15 per pet is required at booking.
• Travel Radius: I serve a max of 25 miles around Sam's Club.
• Pets with a history of aggression: please let me know beforehand. Safety comes first. I love working with reactive and aggressive dogs, I just need to know ahead of time and set realistic standards.
• Please potty your pet before the appointment to avoid accidents and reduce stress.
• All pets must be on a leash when brought to the grooming van. Appointments will be canceled if a leash is not provided or the dog is uncooperative.
• Dogs must be able to cooperate with getting in and out of the tub and on the grooming table. I cannot lift large dogs who pancake or resist. Dogs who cannot safely cooperate will be dismissed from my client list while being charged fully for their appointment.
• Matted coats are shaved out and charged accordingly — de-matting is not humane. Grooming is a team effort; regular brushing at home is required. I’m happy to show proper brushing techniques.
• Comfort grooms are for senior or terminally ill dogs, up to one hour. Please message me before booking for discounted rates.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations result in a fully charged appointment.
• I service one dog at a time in the grooming van due to liability and safety protocols.
• Behavioral fees may apply for dogs who are unsafe, uncooperative, or require excessive handling. Severe behavior may result in stopping the groom and charging the full service fee.
•Dogs must not have had injections within 24 hours of appointments. There is always a possibility of reactions from shampoos to injection site.
•PLEASE RESCHEDULE IF YOUR DOG IS IN HEAT. THERE WILL BE A $75 CLEANING/SANITIZING CHARGE FOR ANY DOGS NOT RESCHEDULED. It is unsanitary and I have to shut down to do a full sanitizing of the van. I do not charge reschedule fees. Use that to your advantage!!
